A Brief Introduction

We are a small group of highly motivated individuals built around the 15 years business experience of the founder, Leigh Saunders. During this time, we have built several small-medium businesses from the ground up to multiple turnovers in excess of £1,000,000, and continually seek growth through new and exciting business opportunities.

Types of Investment Offered

Our private equity fund offers business investment which fall into one of the following four categories:

1. Startup Accelerator

We team up with ambitious and highly focused operators with experience in a specific industry who want to take the leap into business ownership with the help of our investment, guidance and salary guarantee.

2. Established Business Investment

For business owners looking to raise finance or seek guidance in scaling their business in exchange for equity.

3. Business Acquisition

We purchase established and mature businesses looking to sell their holding in the business (typically due to retirement). Purchases tend to be valued in the region of £20,000-£200,000.

4. Managers and Operators

Aside from investing in other businesses, we launch startups of our own. For these, we seek highly motivated, organised and passionate people who want to be involved in exciting new projects with exceptional salary and profit share options available.

Our Team

During the 15 years we have been involved in startups, we have also built up a support team both internally and externally of accountants, solicitors, financial advisors, website developers, tradesman, social media managers and marketing.

This team is invaluable to our current operations, and the package we are able to offer new startups and business investments to maximise profitability and scale organisations.

Current available fund

Our current fund total which is available to allocate to business investments. This figure decreases as investments are made, and increases as dividends/exits are paid out from investments.

Charitable Donations

We also seek to distrubute some profits through ‘Leighs Foundation’, a charitable fund setup in 2020 which has since received £72,000 of donations by Leigh. This is then redistributed to registered charities and good causes throughout the kent area.
